Speculative Futures (2024)
The Speculative Futures workshop at STEAMhouse, Birmingham, led by Sarah King and including Kaitlin Ferguson and Blast Studios.

A residency-style three day workshop where participants were asked to imagine urban landscapes 80 years in the future through the lens of three difference scenarios. Participants exhibited their research and work in a pop-up show to finish the experience. The work I created was based on the idea of creating surfaces for cladding buildings, providing ecological niches for non-human organisms such as invertebrates, algae and plants to live alongside us more easily. Work created from different bioplastic recipes.
